These low cost triathlon training weekends are designed to be educational with skills and informational clinics, challenging with quality group workouts but, most important, an overall fun, rewarding experience. Each camp will push each individual physically and mentally.
All camp participants will follow a detailed agenda of fully supported workouts, educational clinics, and organized social activities each day including a sponsored dinner Saturday evening in which the entire group comes together.
In January, we announced the creation of the PacWest Youth Multisport Development Program. As part of our mission to help introduce the Olympic medal sport of triathlon (swim, bike, run) as well as other multisport events like Duathlon (run, bike, run), Aquathlon (swim, run) and Aquabike (swim, bike), PacWest is hosting our first youth development camp in June. The two day camp will be staged directly from the Sparks Marina in Sparks, NV.
Come join us for some fresh mountain air and fun outdoor riding, running and swimming up in the world famous Reno-Lake Tahoe.
Participants will ride and run in two spectacular parts of the region while also enjoying an opportunity to open water swim up at Donner Lake Sunday morning.
With Ironman 70.3 Santa Cruz (9/8) and Santa Cruz Triathlon (9/22) in September, we are excited to continue our tradition of hosting a fun and educational day of training on most of each race course.
What to expect? Ocean swims around the iconic Santa Cruz Wharf, bike out and back on the gorgeous Pacific Coast Highway, and run along the stunning shoreline.
