Virtual Performance Cycle Program
Due to COVID-19, PacWest’s performance cycle program is now virtually coached.
This virtually coached program is designed to accommodate all level of riders. Workouts are predesigned and based on either RPE (rate of perceived exertion) or FTP (functional threshold power). Zone are based from 1 to 5 with low, mid and high sub zones are additionally utilized.
Factoring an initial 5 minute setup, all workouts are 55 minutes in total duration.

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 7:00-8:00 am
Classes start: October 6 & 8
What to Bring
- Bike that you are properly fitted to
- Bike trainer. Trainers can be “smart” or non-smart.
- Cycle shoes
- Water bottle(s)
- Sweat towel(s)
- Bike computer (optional)
- Computer or tablet with access to Internet and Zoom video conferencing app
