Only have 60 minutes?
Join when it’s convenient – 5:30-6:30 AM or 6:00-7:00 AM. All workouts are designed with built-in recovery checkpoints at 6:00 and 6:30. No matter when you hop in — you’ll still get a killer workout.

A power-based smart trainer like Wahoo Kickr, Garmin Tacx, Saris, Zwift Hub, etc.
Cycle shoes
Water bottles + sweat towel(s)
Bluetooth-enabled heart rate monitor and cadence sensor (recommended)
Computer or tablet with internet + Velocity app access
