PacWest’s award winning outdoor CorePac program has been serving Bay Area athletes for over 15 years.

Our proven CorePac PCC Curriculum is based on three key principals: Plyometrics, Cardio and Core. Unlike other current fitness trends, the sole focus of this program has always been to develop “functional core strength” so that our athletes can excel in the many other activities they love to do. Our veteran instructors provide a fun, total body workout. All sessions are held entirely outdoors – rain or shine.

This successful group fitness program is 8 weeks long and consists of 16 workouts per season. Each workout is 75 minutes in duration.

The program is perfect for those looking for a gym alternative to help train for an upcoming event or for those who simply want to get into great shape and stay there.
