June Fitness Challenge

We are excited to launch our next fitness challenge – the PacWest June Challenge!
Anyone can join as we have options for all fitness levels – From “off the couch” to “very active”.

When does the June Challenge begin?
Starts Monday, June 1st and continues till Tuesday, June 30th.

How to participate?
The challenge is 100% FREE! All you have to do is follow us on our Instagram and Facebook pages to receive workout instructions. Take photos of your workouts and post your progress on our “Team PacWest” Facebook group page (request to join).
